The Business

Commonwealth Cache Bullion & Co. is an Australian sole trader bullion dealer operating under ABN 98 744 938 144. We are based in Melbourne, Victoria.

Orders

By placing an order you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and legally entitled to purchase precious metals in Australia.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices update in real time based on live spot prices. The price displayed at time of checkout is the price you pay — this is locked the moment your order is placed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment has not been received within 24 hours of the order being placed. In this event the order is voided and the item is returned to available stock.

Payment

We accept payment via PayID bank transfer only. Payment instructions are provided at checkout. Orders are not dispatched until payment has been received and confirmed.

Pricing

All product prices reflect live spot prices of gold and silver plus our margin. Prices update automatically. Commonwealth Cache takes no responsibility for price discrepancies caused by technical errors or delays in spot price feeds.

Authenticity

All products sold by Commonwealth Cache are genuine bullion sourced from reputable mints. Every item is authenticated before dispatch. If you believe you have received a counterfeit item contact us immediately.

AUSTRAC Compliance

Commonwealth Cache is enrolled with AUSTRAC as a bullion dealer. We are required by Australian law to collect identity verification information for transactions over $5,000. By placing an order over this threshold you consent to providing this information.

Limitation of Liability

Commonwealth Cache’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page.
