Title, Risk & Insurance
Title in any product passes to you upon receipt of cleared payment. Risk in any product passes to you upon dispatch from our premises. Commonwealth Cache arranges insurance on your behalf as part of the shipping process. If you have opted out of additional insurance coverage, you assume all risk and liability for loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched. In the event of a lost or damaged order, Commonwealth Cache will provide all reasonable assistance in lodging a claim with the carrier, provided you notify us in writing within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
How We Ship
All orders ship via Australia Post Express with full tracking, signature on delivery and insurance. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. We do not use standard, untracked or uninsured shipping under any circumstances.
Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
All orders ship express. Metro areas typically 1–3 business days. Regional areas 2–5 business days. WA, NT, TAS allow up to 5 business days. These are estimates only — Commonwealth Cache takes no responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post.
Shipping Cost
$15 flat rate express shipping Australia-wide. Orders over $500 ship free. No exceptions, no surprises.
Packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly. There is no external branding or indication of contents on the outside of the package.
Signature on Delivery
All orders require a signature on delivery. If you are not home, Australia Post will leave a card for collection at your nearest post office.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at commonwealthcache@gmail.com. All orders are insured and we will manage the claim on your behalf.
