Every order ships tracked and express from Melbourne via Australia Post. Optional insurance is available at checkout — we recommend it. If you choose not to insure and something goes wrong in transit, risk passes to you on dispatch per our shipping policy. You’ll receive a tracking number the moment your order leaves us.

Insurance is optional and added at checkout at $1.25 per $100 of order value, with the first $100 covered free. We strongly recommend insuring your order — precious metals are high value items and while we package everything securely, transit incidents can occur. If you choose not to insure, risk passes to you upon dispatch.
